The technical-legal services, including as an expert technical consultant for chemical substances, are not only within the essentially chemical sphere, but extend to the most varied market sectors (engineering, electronics, textile-leather, paper, rubber-plastic, explosives).
I offer:
- expert advice on CLP or rather the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures
- expert advice on ADR for the transport of dangerous goods
- expert advice on REACH regarding the registration, evaluation, authorisation and restriction of chemical substances
- expert advice on REACH China, Korea and other Asian countries on the regulation of chemical substances in Asia. The services are provided through Asian partners because direct knowledge of the local languages, even more so than of the various technical regulations, is essential for a top level service
- import/export of chemical substances, an area in which I have a thorough knowledge also acquired at the Ministry of Health, the competent authorities for applying for export licenses
- expert advice on the management of ABPs (Animal By-Products) thanks to several decades of experience in the family business, working in the area of collecting raw hides, animal carcasses and animal by-products
- expert advice on waste management, the recycling and disposal of waste including through transboundary movements of waste
